A shot from last Saturday’s AIDS Walk in Kansas City, known to consistently raise as much or more money as similar events in larger cities such as Chicago. Once the walk began I was thankful I’ve been better at keeping myself in shape lately, as I had to get ahead of the crowd for photos before the entire walk proceeded through Mill Creek Park (Kansas City’s Choice Place of Protest Royale).
This dog was happy to be out and active on a Saturday morning (as was I), though I’ll admit as far as my photo treatment here, IĀ could probably do a better job with having the people in this photo look for more natural. Examples of that are to come soon enough.
