The West Edge under construction

I was coming home from work Monday and stopped to see about getting a shot of this project before they finish it, if they ever finish it. The development to the right is called the West Edge project, with ad agency Bernstein-Rein planning to take over as anchor tenant upon completion. The lead contractor, JE Dunn, had walked off the job last year, and Walton Const. has been brought in and they’re trying to resume.

Just funny because I remember coming home from my semester in Spain nearly five years ago and they were just then getting around to demolishing the decrepit apartments on the site previously. Five years later and the construction hasn’t finished.
