This is a dog taking a surveyance of Greenwich Village in Manhattan on Halloween night as the revelry was heating up in the streets. I gave the young lady who owns the dog my business card so I could send her the photo when I got back to Kansas City, and she informs me the dog is a miniature pinscher named Pooh. As busy as the streets were that Halloween night, Pooh the pinscher seemed occupied and entertained.
