This weekend I stepped outside for a half hour and took some shots of my own West Plaza neighborhood here in KCMO. This area was built up with a generous allotment of rental apartments in the early to middle 20th Century, many of which are converting to condos now. The block I live on is architecturally significant in my opinion owing to its nearly uninterrupted streetwall of the Colonnade style apartment buildings that are common among older building stock in midtown KCMO.
