On Friday afternoon, fate had me wind through this pleasant and mostly residential area just north of the Plaza. I noticed a fairly tall parking garage that appeared to provide a commanding view from the top, so I made my way back this morning a little before 9 AM with my photo accouterments.
This shot managed to come out alright because I had the lens pointed toward the southwest. Because of the low-lying sun this time of year in this part of Earth, the shots I took looking directly south were blown out by the sun. One thing I liked about this one was its glimpse into a seldom seen vantage point of the pleasant old residential architecture, spun off many years ago on the momentum of the Plaza, which anchored the real estate market in this area of the city.
