For fun I took a helicopter ride yesterday with my camera in tow.

I drove all the way out to Johnson County Executive Airport on 151st. The pilot and I hopped aboard a tiny helicopter, which felt like being in a capsule, and we headed towards the urban core. It only takes about ten minutes to get from the Exec airport to downtown by helicopter.

I snagged photos of downtown, midtown, and the Plaza. Check out the rest of the aerial set here.
