On Tuesday afternoon after leaving work, I went to Rockwell Lane for photos. It’s an attractive old residential area built on hilly topography just south of The Plaza. I actually went there a couple night before this, trying to get dusk shots, but those all turned out unusable.
This neighborhood is aesthetically quaint, owing to the narrow streets, small yards, and attractively detailed older homes - which probably comprised some of the first elements of suburbanization in Kansas City.
